Droid based Jedi Force Powers and other observations.
So recently I noticed in the KSE that there are two Force Powers called Droid Trick and Scramble Droid, however, it turns out Scramble Droid is a Feat for intended only for
GO-TO... it is NOT actually a Force Power, regardless of what the KSE says. & Droid Trick is a Feat for all the Droids in your PARTY Team. It is also NOT a Force Power, regardless of what the KSE says.

Additionally, I found with proper KSE manipulations and proper save points along with testing, you can make Mandalore into a Jedi when acquiring him from Dxun and landing immediately at Iziz port.

As SOON AS YOU GET Mandalore, the game will load up the "Iziz Port Hangar", at this point DO NOT Level up Mandalore yet, and before leaving the hangar on Iziz Port, save the game into two separate save files. First, a Normal Game Save File using whatever terms or names you typically use to indicated your savepoint, and then make the second save file a Test File and saving it under the name MandJediTestSave or whatever filename makes you feel comfortable.

Next exit/quit the game, close it out completely. Open up the KSE, look for the "Test Save File" you made, open up the file STATS & Info "Tree", go to NPC's and select Mandalore. Scroll down till you see Classes, click on his current Class Lv and change it to 4, apply, Commit Changes. Then select whatever his current class is (should be Soldier) to get the class list to show up. Select whichever Jedi Class you want him to be (Jedi Consular, Jedi Sentinel, & Jedi Guardian), make sure it is a starting point Jedi Class (aka Jedi Consular, Jedi Sentinel, & Jedi Guardian) and NOT a Prestige class ((as this will freeze and will break the testsave file when you finished setting everything up and load the Game Test Save during game play)). Now after choosing your Jedi Class DO NOT change the Jedi Lvl, keep it as 1.

Go to Attributes and make sure to give him 24 for both WIS and CHA, and only 20 for INT. Additionally make sure to bring his CON to 18. Obviously use Apply for each change in Values, and Commit Changes often. Next, you are gonna want to go to Skills and put them all as 8, and "apply" & "Commit Change" for each Skill Value.

Now that is taken care of, you will need to edit Feats as needed. Make sure to add in Jedi Defense and its Tree Values (Advanced Jedi Defense & Master Jedi Defense), also include Weapon Proficiency: Lightsaber, Weapon Focus: Lightsaber and Weapon Specialization: Lightsaber. Then add in all "Class Skills" feats for future Skill Point allocations. If done correctly, each level up from here on out, just hit "Recommended" for Skills during the SKILLS upgrades and it will fill in all 7 points automatically for all 7 skills (not including Persuade Skill), NEVER increase INT during Attribute Upgrades beyond Min of 20, it NEEDS to remain at 20 from here on out, 21 should be fine, but do not let it go past that ever.

The other Feats required are Finesse: Lightsaber and Jedi Sense. Wait for "Normal GamePlay Leveling Up" to get any additional feats. If you have been playing the game so far using the KSE up to this point, and played the game starting with (Peragus>Telos>) Dantooine>Nar Shadaa>Dxun>Iziz and used the KSE to upgrade or cheat here and there, you should have your MAIN MC/Hero at Lvl 23 to 31 by now. Mine was at Level 30 when I got Mandalore as a NPC/Party Member. Which means (for you) there should be enough TEAM EXP to Level Mandalore up at least to "Character Level" 26 to 28 after loading the game save file.

Ok so now BEFORE exiting the KSE, make sure to check any thing else you want to add to your KSE, any additional Inventory/items (If you do not have one already for him, get him a Lightsaber and Crystals & Parts), Next change his Influence to 100, Apply and Commit Changes and Mess with whichever Influence Values you want to increase for other "Party Members" while you are at it. Then, double check any other info you feel needs tweaking for your MC or Party members. Also take this time to manage any concerns or issues for other game play you previously worried about. At this Point, if you have not done so yet, make sure to COMMIT CHANGES.

Now Exit the KSE, and run the Kotor 2 game/Software, Load the MandJediTestSave file (or whatever name you gave the Save Test File), now play the game as normal, Level up Mandalore like you normally would, only difference here, is that you can now also give him Jedi Powers as he is being Leveled Up. ((Be CERTAIN to ONLY give him POWERS that are NOT restricted by Armor)). The thing to remember, is that Mandalore cannot remove his Armor, so you will need to tailor/designate Jedi Powers that can be used by him even with his Armor on. If everything works as planned, he is now a Jedi and can use a Lightsaber ((It will be a while till you find a workbench, so switch out whatever Party Member you currently have for T3-M4 and use that Droid to assemble Mandalore's Lightsaber while you are still in the Iziz Port Hangar)). Give Mandalore his new Lightsaber and watch him go into LS Pose Mode... its kinda badass.
