Does the Finesse Melee feat also apply to lightabers?

I've read some obscure posts that the Finesse Melee feat is bugged and will apply the "chance to hit" using my DEX bonus to both, melee weaps and lightsabers... and also that Finesse Lightsaber does not work properly.

I don't want to waste a feat on Finesse Lightsaber if it is indeed bugged.

Yep finesse melee weapons applies to both melee and lightsabers, but finesse lightsabers only applies to lightsabers.
