HK-50 Factory So Hard!

Errrr gimme strategies pleeeease, ive tried running through the whole thing but theres just too many of them lmao. I dunno how we are supposed to kill them all either even with the buffs I have against killing droids. Any help is greatly appreciated thx <3

Yeah it was harder than i expected when i first played it,maybe decrease the difficulty or use a lot of grenades or ion guns or something.

When I do it (hard difficulty) I use up several of the best shields in the process. Also a really good, max upgraded rifle - Zersium or the better of the two Verpine Droid rifles. (Knowing about the HK Assassin rifle I take a set of disrupter weapon upgrades with me for it).

I play using the M4-78 mod and get some good upgrades/equipment for HK47 there.

Tackle each group of 3 HK50's and kill them before moving on to the next group.

Don't forget to pick up the special armour just before you go to the lower level.

The big room full of HK50's is the hardest. I run to one of the side doorways so not all the HK's attack immediately. Pick on the nearest HK50 until your shield goes down, refresh the shield and resume firing, repeat until they are all destroyed.

If you haven't stockpiled 6 or 7 good droid shields and have a good weapon you may well be screwed (in which case consider using KSE to give yourself those things).

Thanks for the advice haha I ended up doing it a couple hours ago. I had just gone the wrong way to begin with. I ended up getting the HK 51's to do the work for me and serve as HK-47's minions sorta thing

Well done! You will see HK47 once more before the end and get what I think is one of his best dialogue lines.

It is restored content near the end so you have to have TSLRCM (and complete the quest to locate it).

Yeah you need to have TSLRCM as said above, but you need to continuously talk to HK and get him to reveal the location to you at some stage during your journies, do this by building up your influence with him. It took me to the HK-50 factory in between confronting Atris and the Battle of Telos so approx around then does it take you there.

the armor on the top level.
Enjoy one-shotting everything, and taking like 5 damage in the process instead.

If you need any shields or repair kits, remember to make some on the workbench on the top level, before the showdown (since that locks the door behind you).

You might want to look at some of the armors that you have available for droids. One of them gives you (I forgot the name lol) 75% resistance to energy and most of the droids there use blasters and nothing else... so yeah... pretty good armor. Besides that, upgrade the guns, and maybe decrease the difficulty if you need to.

Also remember that if you're really having difficulty with it you can do the save levelling process where you save a few levels until you drop down to really low health and then level up to refill your health.

Ultimately, if all else fails, I suppose you can cheat by activating sv_cheats 1... but I never enjoy doing that lol...
