Why does Kreia shoot T3?

I was finally able to get that little trash compactor to spill the beans on why the ship's navigation system was locked up, and then there's a cutscene with Kreia shooting him with lightning and calling it "betrayal".

Which all makes absolutely no sense, especially since T3 is still alive and well, even though I had a conversation option with Kreia about "what's wrong with T3" to which she answers that he's now broken.

??? So confused.

I can only guess, but if you follow the story it would appear that the "blast" given by Krya was basically frying the memory core or something, at this point she is still playing her ruse.
The same can be said about T3 beinf "shot" by HK on Peragus, again to me it is disable and with kreya frying the memory core and thus why she said betrayer

T3 wasn't supposed to say anything as to the whereabouts of where Revan might be. Kreia probably didn't want the Exile going after him, because she knew that the Exile would get killed by the Sith Emperor, Vitiate.

In addition to what others have said, Kreia in general doesn't like droids. This seems to be mainly because Kreia likes to psychically punish people who annoy her (which is essentially everyone aside from the exile) and droids can't be mind tricked. Kreia also expressed annoyance when the exile can sort of hear some of T3 during her listening excercise, indicating Kreia's further irritation at not knowing absolutely everything going on the ebon hawk. Finally Kreia can see into everyone's past and future but all she gets is mental static from droids. So essentially, Kreia is already annoyed at droids wrecking her complete control and she takes it out on T3 because she saw it was getting too cozy with the exile.
