Seeking Passage quest bugged

On Nar Shaddaa you get a quest from a woman in the refugee sector who asks for passage off the planet. Talk to Fassa in the docks, he says that he can't do anything while GoTo is attacking freighters. Ostensibly, after you blow up GoTo's yacht, Fassa's dialogue is supposed to change, but for some reason even after I've taken care of GoTo's ship, Fassa still complains about GoTo ambushing freighters. Anyone else have this issue? It is seriously messing wtih my OCD to leave an unfinished side quest - especially one that I technically completed - unresolved

Have you spoken to Vogga about destroying GoTo's ship? I believe you need to do that (you need to do it anyway for the fuel for citadel station quest).

I talked to Vogga about dealing with GoTo and getting the fuel, but there was no option regarding passage for the family. I also put him to sleep with Handmaiden and looted his vault - now the only dialogue option I have when speaking with him is something like, "you're not as funny as you think Vogge."

The only other thing I can think of is whether you spoke to the Ithorian in the flophouse about passage for the family. But the quest should still be completable with Fassa even then.

Another thought, did you successfully complete the pylons quest and dock the three freighters for Fassa. It is in return for that that he agrees to your request.

Does your journal say anything useful about the seeking passage quest?

If something should have triggered but hasn't then it may be possible to change it using the Kotor Save Editor - but I have no idea exactly what you would need to do.

The only thing I can think that I did wrong was the order in which I spoke to people - I completed the yacht, spoke with Fassa and then did the pylons. Then spoke with Vogga about the fuel, then looted his treasure room - then I spoke to Vassa about the family. I have an old save on the yacht, I'm going to replay it and try again ...

There's another quest you can turn in at that guy, the pilot in the refugee sector is looking for work. Perhaps doing that will clear the glitch.

I reloaded from the yacht and when I spoke with Fassa right after, I cleared both quests (pilot and refugee). Weird ...
