KOTOR 1 is a bit meh in places though
The dialogue was a bit of a joke not like in this game where there are some good conversations
The plot in 2 is MUCH better.
I mean if you stop and think about it the plot in 1 is silly.
The combat is decent though.
Is the plot as good as this one's? No. Is it silly? Not any more than the rest of Star Wars
Maybe you don’t hold up very well.
I disagree that the plot is better in KotOR 2, too much information was either poorly explained, or quite hard to come by. The plot in KotOR was far from silly, in fact I think the story in KotOR was better than that of most movies (as of now)
It's better then TLJ thats for sure
I remember the reviews from back then. Graphics worse than KOTOR 1, but better plot.
That is not in doubt TLJ plot dialogue and and general disposition was just terrible.
Kotor 1 was WAYYYY better than TLJ In fact most movies and games are better than TLJ.
There are lots of points in KOTOR 1 that work well there are some that really don't work.
Actaully the whole ending of the game is a bit silly there are multiple points on the Star Forge that are plain silly its like here have 500 enemies - oh look you defeated them all!
Repetative and bit immersion breaking.
Whereas Kotor 2 has some of the best dialouge charactor building , and world building ive seen.
Yeah, it’s story was pretty similar to a new hope. Some moments such as learning about Revan were more like V (Luke, I am your father)
