(one example is that you do not mention looting the smugglers compartment in the hold of the Hawk, another is that you can use the persuade skill to get the code to unlock the maintenance computer so you can use the airlock on Peragus from the HK-50 in one piece.)
there might be a few fights that deserve a tips and tricks section.
but in general get alot of money, get some fully upgradable weapons (typically light sabers) upgrade them to do lots of damage. win.
Handmaiden dialogue isn't explicetely changed, it depends how you resolve your conversation with Atris wheter she sends Handmaiden along or she smuggles herself on. Various cutscenes and dialogues very slightly based on this.
Saedhe; Just restored his unique face (like the leader of the Refugees on NS). Some disagree saying the old face fits better with the voice and perhaps that's why his unique head is unused.

I don't even know what this is refering to.

Prreeeeeetty sure it was. Just improved it a bit with the usual bugfixes.

Nah, it's just that there really isn't enough influence in the base game to get Mandalore high up, with the random influence file broken and the few +inf on Onderon being all you got. The extra 2 from recruiting Mandalorians helps unlock content already there.

Vanilla (I think Aspyr just fixed easter egg mode properly unlocking, might be wrong)
Handmaiden - Never in my vanilla playthroughs did I see Atris ordering her to board the ship as a spy. Seeing Atris tell her to do so was very new to me.
Saedhe - Regardless of the reasons, the face was changed with the mod.
Bounty hunters - When you first go to Nar Shaddaa and the HK-50s, Hanharr, Twin Suns, and Duros bounty hunters are briefed by Goto's hologram. In the vanilla version the Duros had three bounty hunters aboard for the briefing. In the mod there is only one. Not a huge change but just something I noticed. So that's what I mean.
Pause - I distinctly remember in vanilla being guided along from one battle to another in the throne room and not being able to loot.
Citadel - Again never experienced those convos in vanilla, so hearing Lt Grenn say them was pretty new for me.
Mira vs Hanharr - Again, never remember Kreia talking with Sion about it in vanilla, just another plot hole in the vanilla version to me.
Mandalore - Another fix the mod added, so I'm crediting the mod for those dialogue options.

* The trigger is a bit finicky, but you were definitely able to loot both before going to the Queen and after.

* Nah, it's a vanilla addition caused by having the Easter Egg mode enabled. Nothing changed there bar fixing the Main Menu for easter egg mode (since it had a bug). It also enables the "Are you an angel?" thing on Peragus and I think those 3 are all.
And yes, that's why. You wouldn't get that on the console since the menu is buggy and that screen can't appear in vanilla (so it's fixed in TSLRCM swapping it with the unused Atris one).
As for HK-47 is displays the player character when being Dark Side. But when the main PC is swapped (like HK-47 in the factory, Mira on Malachor or the remote) they take the slot instead if you go from the main menu during those sequences instead since they are actively set as main PC at that point.
