Missing Selkath Issues?

I missed the back portion of the sith base in my original run through, so after I found the map I went back to finish the quest, he says " Your actions beneath the surface have shown that you are no friend to my people. I wish nothing to do with you" how do I turn in the quest?

First, you post this in the Kotor 1 forum (this is Kotor 2).

Second, have you been back through all of the sith base and found the datapad?

It is possible you cannot now complete the quest.

Unless you talk to the Selkath first you cannot enter the back part of the base. If you missed it then you’ll have to go back if you want to complete that part of the mission
