Does simply nothing happen when you try to enter it or does it display a message/crash?
sorry i cant remember well enough. I may have played this game 10 times on three different formats, but i still forget!
If so there is nothing wrong, you can't enter the Hawk until you have met Visquis and completed what follows that meeting.
As you say you are not using mods it can't be a mod conflict. My best guess is that the order in which you have done things has caused this (the game has several bugs like that).
If you are able to swap companions in and out of the party you could try putting Bao-dur in and go to the workbench in the repair shop and see if you can trigger the dialogue to build a lightsaber there - though I don't know if that is possible.
With or without a lightsaber (you could use a cheat code or the save editor to give yourself one) you could carry on and trigger the Exchange call and do the whole sequence culminating in Goto's yacht and see if that fixes it.
I believe you can warp your character aboard the Hawk although I don't know quite how to do this (save editor?). This might solve your immediate problem.
If yes, then it is not a bug, continue playing, and you'll regain access to The Hawk. T3 acts as navicomputer, and if you sell him, you can't leave Nar Shaddaa, so the game unkindly locks you out of The Hawk as consequence for you foul deeds... Mild spoiler: T3 doesn't hold a grudge and returns later on in the nick of time...
If no, then continue the savefile manipulations Cerberusiv suggests.
The one thing I found that fixed this issue was walking towards the Jekk-Jekk Tarr and triggering the cutscene between Hanharr and Mira. When I exited the docks, Atton's cutscene triggered, leading me back to the Hawk where I was invited back by Visquis. You should be able to return to the Hawk at the end of the story-arc on Nar-Shaddaa.
Note: I've not been able to speak with Bao-Dur so some of the above comments didn't work for me; I was able to construct my lightsaber by using his character to interact with mine--this seemed to temporarily allow me to speak with him (only for that time).
