KOTOR 2 Movies

The movies in KOTOR 2 do not work for some reason. Ex when I get to a movie the game Alt tabs me out and then when I get back into the game the movie has ended and it happens even when I got to the main menu to re watch the movie. Plz anyone have and soulution on how to fic this.

O.K. go to your steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II there you will find you swkotor2.ini Right-click on swkotor2 > Open With Notepad. You will see and find [Graphics Options] You will see DisableVertexBufferObjects=1 make the 1 into 0 like this DisableVertexBufferObjects=0 this will help with the movie cilp you will see in the game.

Tell if this works for you, I have no problem when I did this.

This didn't work for me, unfortunately. I'm having the same problems with the movies. Do you know of any other possible fixes?

The only working fix I've found so far is running the game in windowed mode:
1. Open the "swkotor2.ini" file (found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Knights of the Old Republic II\).
2. Under both [Graphics Options] AND [Display Options], change "Fullscreen=1" to "Fullscreen=0".
3. After that, add the following line under just [Graphics Options]:AllowWindowedMode=1
4. Save and close the file.*

Do that with the resolution set in the game to the max settings your monitor can handle so it's almost fullscreen. After this all intro movies and ingame movies have worked for me without any minimizing or crashing.
