Thanks for all the feedback, suggestions and bug reports you've sent our way so far, as well as everyone who has sent their save files which have been very useful. Every report you make is invaluable in shaping Second Sun into its best possible version, so we really appreciate your help!

As always, we'll be paying close attention to the Steam Discussion forums and looking to fix any urgent issues as soon as possible.

Want to know what we've worked on so far? Here's the change log for our three post-launch patches:

Patch 1.0.7

• Allows you to rebind Mini Map shortcut

• Allows you to Select weapon shortcuts

• Fixed Overseer sometimes not spawning, thus blocking progress in the Overseer quest

• Fixed player sometimes being unable to place the amulet in the grave in the Bound by Blood quest and made the amulet more visible when placed in the grave

• Fixed Lieutenant Carter and Vizier's tomb spawning/being interactible respectively before their respective quests have been started, causing interactions with them to break, pushing the player under the ground

Patch 1.0.6

• Nerfed prisoner soldiers and mercenaries damage and max health

• XP is now gained when allies and companions kill an enemy

• Companions such as freed soldiers and mercenaries now abandon you when you die

• The "Investigate camp" objective in the Playing with Fire quest is now easier to finish as one of the bodies that was very hard to spot has been placed in a more visible place and isn't needed to proceed anymore

• Fixed player being able to add more than 3 mod slots through the master artisan

• Fixed some trees and vegetation going through environment props

• Fixed Archangel miniboss sometimes not spawning, forcing a repeat of the dungeon

• Fixed Bound by Blood map quest marker not disappearing when the quest is acquired

• Fixed game getting stuck during conversation with Sir Brady if the player asks for training with shotguns or melee weapons

• Fixed dead body in Message in a Bottle quest not spawning

• Fixed crash when entering level 4 of Deathly Crypt

• Fixed items with excessive mod slots breaking the inventory UI

Patch 1.0.5

• It is now possible to rebind the Interact key

• Fixed game sometimes being stuck on loading screen

• Fixed crash when entering the second level of the Northbury Cave

After 4 years of blood, sweat, and tears, we are incredibly proud to finally release this game into the wild. We can’t wait to welcome new legions of Sunborn. Slaughter swathes of enemies, explore procedurally generated dungeons, and fight to keep the light of the Good Sun alive. The destiny of the Empire is in your hands, and we look forward to seeing what you’ll do with this power.
