Can I Be the Bad Guys?

I don't like French people, and this could be an excellent opportunity to live out my video game fantasy. Can I play the bad guys in this game?

Don't have the game yet but have played the demo; my understanding is there are some combat encounters where you fight "Rogue Maquis", and the editor would allow people to try and make things. Playing the Germans doesn't seem to be readily supported... but who knows what might happen?
