Any other games like this?

While this game's demo didn't particularly win me over, I'm interested in games with similar theme and genre. Anyone got any suggestions worth checking out?

Silent Storm, the Jagged Alliance games (the best! though JA1 is quite old).

Definitely some cool titles in here. I loved XCOM (all of them... Even Enforcer, the third-person shooter spinoff, for different reasons haha) and the new spiritual sequel I played a ton of recently. Got Fallout Tactics for free from GMG a while ago when they had a promotion, I'll have to play it again sometime. As for the rest... Never got to check them out, time to fix that :) I appreciate the suggestions!

yeah this combat is the worst out of the turn based games i played..all are listed above for the most part...Hired guns and xcom jagged Al being the best.This game is utter garbage.

It's pretty similar to Xcom or Jagged Alliance, maybe even the original Fallout games.

The main hook of the game is the art and style, I mean there are obviously more in-depth games like the original Jagged Alliance 2, but the setting and the more casual approach is a big plus with this game.
