The Japanese Incentive however is something that gives you far more bang for your bucks then what the other DLC give you. With the Japanese Incentive you pretty much get a whole new story. You actually have to do gang warfare with other gangs. The map is much bigger and completely new. You get new weapons such as Katanas, Flamethrowers and machine guns. However nothing in this DLC will carry over to the main quest. It is a standalone story.
If you are looking for just some cheap side missions to add to the main quest the trio is what you are looking. If you want a completely new story with some added gameplay elements and real gang warfare (best part really) Japanese Incentive is what you want.
