Blank Map

When I open the map, that shows north america, it's entirely blank. When I visit a harbour master, that map is blank too. So I cannot fast travel. Is there any way to fix this?

I had the same problem. Only way i found to fast travel when this happens is to fast travel to a tunnel/harbormaster in the area you're in to "reset" the map. The cities should be back on the map after that.

I also had that glitch. One thing I found was that if you alt-tab out of the game while you're in the loading screen, the map bugs out and is empty. So be sure to stay in the window while you're fast traveling.
