Punkbuster issue

Failed to copy the file... to C:\windows32\pbsvc.exe (error 5 : access is denied). Game hangs right at start on "inspired by true events..." Not sure if this is related but I cant install Punkbuster. I have admin control, tried installing it within the system32 directory to no avail. Any suggestions?

I had the same error and ignored it. The game runs fine for me with no issues.
As does the multiplayer.
This comp is new so punkbuster has never been installed before. So as far as I can tell it isn't needed.
