Controller or Keyboard?

Which one would you use to play this game? I've always played the games on consoles before so I think I'd use the controller :P

Keyboard + Mouse is my preference.

The game was designed for controller, the controls for different actions, that are assigned to x, square, circle and triangle on a ps3 controller, are translated as space button, e, q, and LMB on the key board. Rather than having all the buttons next to each other, which they are on controllers, the key board spaces them out and makes things rather difficult for those who are new to AC games on the computer.

honestly, you just can't play any AC with keyboard and mouse, it just feels wrong, and i don't even have a xbox/ps3, i'm a PC gamer, so take my word on that lol use a xbox360 controller and be happy

I've played every Assassin's Creed with a keyboard and mouse, the only point of frustrations I've had were in this game picking the locks (but you get used to it) and in Brotherhood sometimes I couldn't get a nice angle as the camera rotating during some platforming sequences. Its down to personal preference, I've played a lot of third person games with mouse cameras and this feels 100% natural to me with a mouse and keyboard

You are right picking locks with a controller is better. But it's still just as annoying sometimes XD

Generally I find that 3rd person games are better with a controller, while 1st person games are better with a keyboard and mouse.
