no voice sound?

Hi. To day i buy this game in store (Assassin's creed III : Deluxe Edition). But i have no voice sound at my character and all people?
How to fix it?

My spec
I7 3770k
ram 16 gb
nvdia gtx 670
g1 sniper m3
Windows 8 64bit

When you go to AssassinsCreed3/sounddata/PC/ there should be two files: sounds_sfx.pck and sounds_***.pck (***=your language), for example sounds_eng.pck for english "voice sounds". I had a same problem solved by placing sounds_eng.pck file in above folder.

Yes, having the same problem. Sound pack is simply not there.

I solve it. When i update driver soundcard i can hear everything

Seems to definitely be a driver issue. I updates my audio drivers and lost the voice audio. When I rolled back and re-connected my speakers voices returned.

There seems to be a problem wherein those of us in Japan do NOT have the sounds_eng.pck file in our download. However, even though I have the ASIA release, that file SHOULD be there. After all: the subtitles are in English, so why are there NO VOICES?

I fixed it by going into options-general-music and turning it up to 10. I don't know why this fixed the issue but it did. I also want to note that when I press ctrl + alt + delete and exit to the desktop when I click back onto AC3 there is no voices and I have to quit the game and reload it.

Can anybody help? i have similar problem, i buy it in japan, but i can only heard Japanese voice sound in Japanese version, when i change into another language like English, it doesn't work, on voice sound.

Did you try the method I did above.... lower the general/music settings and then raise them and it should work, it did for me anyways.....
