Try going into the pause menu and finding something like "Progress Tracker", "DNA Tracker or something similar. From there, you can access all completed memories, and I believe Boston Brawlers will be listed.

You can't replay that. Actually the only missions you can replay are the ones in the main storyline. I event doubt you can replay the Homestead missions.

I'm certain you can at least replay any missions with a defined end, such as the Captain Kidd missions, or the Ruins at Cerros DLC. The Boston Brawlers is a potential exception in that they're more like scripted events you can trigger throughout the world.

You could always download a save that has the Boston Brawlers incomplete.

I think the game lets you replay only the things in which it gives you this full synchronization thingie. Boston Brawlers and Homestead Missions are the ones without any sub-challenges. No matter how you play, it gives you 100%. The Captain Kid Letters Missions have some restrictions like kill wolves with white weapons and as such you can replay them.
