Can't play multiplayer

Hello, I cannot play online it says server unavailable and takes me to Limited mode. I bought the game yesterday and since I bought it is happening to me. Please help, thanks in advance.

Multiplayer is basically dead, yeah a few thousand play this game a day, but they're mostly on singleplayer.

I have no trouble finding matches which takes less than a minute. It's not dead at all.

First, this update it's for Assassins creed 3 (Single player and multiplayer both) Because this is the game i have outside of Steam (Uplay retail version) I don't know for the rest because i have steam versions and they install already with the update included.
For assassins creed 3 you should go to this link:

There you have all the patches for different versions of the game. You should check first what version of the game you have, and then installed all the patches that came after you actual version. It is easy when you start the game it says in the main menu on the lower (or upper) corner of the screen. If you have version 1.06 you are already with the latest version. If not install the patches. It is automatic, just click next.

Just to verify my previous comments, today i played AC3 multiplayer at 4PM (afternoon) UTC time for around one hour. There were like 4 sessions active i think, so yeah, not a LOT of players, but i played without interruptions from start to finish so i can verify it pretty much works and is alive.
Also i m playing these days AC Revelations multiplayer. I'm Pablo_Jun15

I'm still having this issue and I've attempted all of the suggestions at the FAQ. I can't even access the Tyranny of King Washington as the game says Ubisoft Servers unavailable. That was the main reason I bought the game was to play that DLC. Anyone have any additional suggestions?

Finally, if you want to play the game contact support tell that you bought the game at steam summer sale and it takes you to limited mode all time. They will give you new code and it will work. Probably you will have to give them your account to test on their machines ... Thank god it works :) !
