They will never return the original to the store. They are not interested in the buyers of their projects and their problems. You will not receive the DLC. They don't care. Users solve their problems themselves in forums.
I bought a key for Uconnect last year Deluxe Edition and wasted money as I can't download any DLC. I have an extremely negative opinion about this service. I am disappointed. No purchases from either Uconnect or Ubisoft projects.

Bought this ages ago and finally installed it. Had to jump through upteen hoops and have to put my password in every time which is completely stupid. I guess at least I got the game because I've been wanting to play it since I played AC2. It's my last Ubisoft purchase after this experience thats for sure.
