Can't find Lost Mayan Ruins mission

So, I own the game on uPlay, and I bught the hidden secrets dlc pack so that I could get Captain Kidds sword. I'm on Sequence 6, but when I go to the Harbourmaster, the mission doesn't appear anywhere on the map. What gives?

Try to check your uplay, there should be a list of DLCs you own, maybe the download is needed to activate it in-game. The mission is called "Ruins at Cerro", look for a chalice symbol on your world map.

Apparently, upon further research, the problem is with Ubisoft's system for dlc now. Older games like AC3 needed a code, but Uplay just gives you the dlc with the download. So the game doesn't know that the dlc is there.
