Does DOOM 3 has an alternative ending? (sending the message or not)
there is a part when you have to send a message for reinforcements, what happens if you dont send it?

I have tried this, and what only happens is that you still get the order to send the message.

If you choose to not send it, Dr. Betruger does it himself later on anyway because it's vital for him to get those ships to come so he can infiltrate earth. So no, there isn't an alternate ending
