Will Doom 3: BFG edition work with my graphics card. I just bought it today. That's what Bethesda said I had to do.

...probably. That would have run the original Doom 3 easily. The minimum video card spec listed on the store page is ridiculously high. As a better frame of reference, my quite meh Nvidia GT 220 DDR2 runs this fine.

However, looking at the always-useful TomsHardware video card chart, your card is a good 5 tiers below mine (hope you got it really cheap). My guess is it will run, but that's only a guess.
