Where is the ID Symbol in Doom 3?

Where is the secret room with the ID Software symbol in the campaign of Doom 3? I can't find it anywhere! Please help!

if i recall, it is the regular doom 3 campaign a little before you fight the final boss

Ya, just before you fight the final boss. Be sure not to go too far to the right or you'll trigger the cinematic. Instead, towards the end of the tunnel area, look for an area to the left, proceed left and you'll see an id logo on a block, press action on the id block and it will open a door behind you containing the pda with the creator's thanks, etc...
