No soul cube in Roe! Help please!

I just started the Roe (Resurrection of the evil) campaign with the difficult "Nightmare". Now, i finished both Doom 3 and Lost Mission with Nightmare. In Nightmare mod there aren't medikit, but the soul cube restores all the life at the player. But in roe the soul cube there isn't! How i restore the life without the soul cube? Do you confirm me that in ROE the Soul Cube there isn't or is it a my bug?
If it's not a bug, and there isn't the cube, how can i survive without it?! Please help!

ROE on nightmare is the hardest. The key is to use the heart more tactic. There is no soulcube there to help you. I runned thru the whole Hell level with only 2 in health so yes it is hard. Save and save often and get used to run around with low health. Also think before use the few healthstations. Use boxes and everything you find as a shelter and control your attacks. Also prio who to attack first when several enemyes attack you at same time. You need to learn why you die and alter your tactic for a better result.

the only way to get better health is when you find a healthstation. I know it sounds impossible but have pation you can do it.

The positive side is you somehow get used to it and you learn along the way how to tackle the problems. :)
