Better Doom 3 or Doom BFG Edition?

I've seen some videos of confrontation between Doom 3 and Doom 3 BFG Edition, and it would seem that Doom 3 normal wins because of the Mods that can be activated where the BFG Edition is not possible is it?
So I would advice whether to buy Doom 3 or the other version, always seeing the video comparison would seem that it is the same as the normal version, in some respects even worse, attacked the weapon type torch, lighting too high (not very scary) the only flaw is that there is the Lost Mission of Doom 3 normal.
According queale you better buy? There will be a future where the BFG edition version will be enabled the Mods?

I doubt it because the only one who seemed interested in such was Carmack, and he left.

That's what I do normal doom 3 for mods, and bfg for other and online mp.

hm, well, i suggest DOOM 3 normal version, i mean, we can get DOOM 3 here for 5 bugs & with the sikk mod & wolfen textures etc. it looks way better then the bfg edition, ok i got both, but i got the bfg edition because of the addon RoE, what is nearly impossible to get here in its formerly form & im a DOOM collector but anyway, i think DOOM 3 with sikk mod etc is how the BFG edition should have look like so yeah

The problem is that I found out that Doom 3 on Steam is only dubbed english: ((I'm Italian in my country Doom 3 is dubbed in Italian), and then after this "discovery" I HAVE to force him to buy the BFG edition dubbed in my language.

BFG is for 3D, Big Picture, Achievements and Controller Support (even in classic Doom1-2 included in package). Pick up and play vanilla doom 3 hassle-free and get them achievos.

Original Doom 3 is for mods. All about mods. Mod that s**t and play. Play coop, download maps and textures and god knows what else.

So I have 'em both, cause they were dead cheap.

U from? Becuz i know Doom 3 language is only audio english, is true?

yes, here in germany its too english only but somehow it shouldnt be a problem because in the story of doom is nothing you need for the progress i mean umm how to say, theres no map or else like this what you really need to understand & you dont need to be perfect in english language for it aswell
