Soul cube at beginning!?
^ wat.

I got my gear, i end up having the soul cube added to the inventory. Is this a new game + feature or something? I did previously complete the original Doom 3 story on veteran and decided to come back to it on nightmare.

On nightmare difficulty you get the soul cube in the beginning cause your health keeps dropping down to 25. You can temporarily increase it to 100 with health stations or with the soul cube. There are no health pick ups either on nightmare. Its there to make it more manageable i guess.
