From what i can see theres only 2 episodes in Doom 2, im guessing they are just very long in comparison to Doom 1?
DOOM 2's "Hell on Earth" campaign consists of the following "episodes":
* Levels 1-11 are episode 1: The Space Station
* Levels 12-20 are episode 2: The City
* Levels 21-30 are episode 3: Hell
* Levels 31-32 are secret levels
The No Rest for the Living campaign is a 4th "episode" that was originally released with the Xbox 360 version of DOOM 2, and was not present in the original release of DOOM 2.
The Master Levels are an official expansion which consists of additional levels created by various authors.
