P.S. i played on veteran and it still felt pretty easy for me but this is coming form someone who has beaten the game int he past about 8 times so me saying veteran is easy might not reflect the difficulty accuratly for new comers
Well, nightmare difficulty is not a big step up. I am at Communications at the moment and the only hard part is that I cant remember where the enemies are, its been some time since I played doom 3. But the Imp and Hell Knight projectiles seem so slow, you can easily chainsaw Imps, pinkies, cacodemons and whatnot. Dunno, I remember the original D3 nightmare way harder than this.
Also the health is way too plentiful, again for the cod crowd. I'm thinking if just reinstalling original Doom 3, as i find this almost embarassing
I hope in the new one we have more hell and variety in levels, not just the base. Base enviroment was done good in Doom 3, but the whole game was in that enviroment mostly. In the originals we went through different themes.
Little off topic, but who cares!
