Update?
Just curious. Noticed there was an update for this game today, Was fast, didn't seem to have any substance. Anyone know what these updates are on older legacy games that I'm pretty sure the developer isn't doing anything with?

Frequent game updates are in fact shader cache updates. Game itself was not updated since January. https://steamdb.info/app/208200/patchnotes/

So is it just something to keep things compatible with newer hardware? Or whats the theory there?

Without shader cache game will compile shaders during gameplay or startup which can result in hitches or longer load.
