guys tell me if im wrong but doom 3 sucks

i thought the succesor of the iconic game doom 1993 and the predecessor of the GOTY game Doom (the new one) would be good but than i play this game and i find out that the main protagonist is just a regular grunt and not at all badass and its just a fked up game with lots of bugs ...everytime i go to a new lvl i have to restart it like wtf game......its such a old game they should have atleast put some patches into fixing this sh1thole I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I actually liked it more than the 2016 Version. It is a Horror Game living from the Atmosphere. Not that jumpy, action focussed. Also loved Alien Isolation and Dead Space.

I grew up on Doom so I've always hated Doom 3, but for entirely different reasons.

This travesty though has made me appreciate Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal all the more and I see Doom 3 as the necessary evil to pave the way for proper Doom games.

Just my opinion.

Doom 3 is the best Doom game. Haters need to get gud .

I like all the Doom games, but if I ranked them it would be
Doom 3 > Doom Eternal == classics > Doom 2016.

No point in getting good at total garbage with trash level design that isn't a proper Doom game.

Doom Eternal = Doom 2016. Then the classics. Doom 3 shouldn't even register since it isn't a Doom game.

so what i see here in this post are a bunch of idiots with different tastes that hate on other people because of their like/dislikes of the different games of doom. how about accept that not everyone is going to like the same stuff.

they try different things to try and shake up the formula. if they didnt, it would be the same thing over and over and over and over and over again. then people would complain about that.

enjoy them for what they are. none of them are perfect, but none of the mainline doom games are "bad" games either.

bruh u might think ur pretty hardcore thinking dude but this doom 3 just feels like a poorly optimised and bad Duke nukem game mixed with a lil bit of cod aspects (plain sucks) what u say is completely fked up ..do u know why the doom franchise is popular cause of its unique combat system like run and gun....what if the next cod game becomes a horror?see its just stupid
