Report sent to PDA

In Delta Labs 2A, a computer told me that I had downloaded a report about the Soul Cube, and it had been sent to my PDA. In Delta Labs 2B, I downloaded some reports about specimens in stasis, and they all said they were sent to my PDA. How do I access these? I can only see emails, voice logs, video tapes, and my current inventory.

Yeah I have played past this point, I'm just wondering how to access them to read them. I like the lore.

I figured it out, you need to open the email tab and check your "Personal" emails at the top of the page, the downloaded reports are in there.

Hey, I know this is is the future now, but how do you access the email tab? I've played this game before but on this release I can't find any useful info in the options menus, only config buttons for fighting, none for other options. What button exactly enables the PDA? If you even recall? ^^
