Missing in-game videos. Help, please.
I just recently completed the game with the Ultimate HD mod, and now i'm playing through with a fresh install on a higher difficulty with no mods. There's absolutely nothing left of the previously modded game, but for some reason the in-game videos are not showing. I can hear the audio, but get no video. Any solutions? Thanks in advance.

You can use Classic RBDoom3 BFG if the videos are still playing on vanilla Doom3 BFG. So far Classic RBDoom3 BFG is having the most accurate video player.

I'm not using any mods, so does this link pertain to my problem? The whole point of this second playthrough is to play through the game without mods. I didn't have this problem when I ran a mod with my last playthrough. I'm playing strictly non-modded vanilla Doom 3 BFG addtion. So how do I get the videos to work in Vanilla Doom 3 BFG.

Verify game files then. Right click on the game on your steam library select options->files->and verify the game files.

I did you one better, as I had stated in my inital post, and completely removed the game from my harddrive, and re-installed it. Before reinstalling it, I went through my entire harddrive and removed every trace of the modded Doom 3 or former install. Strictly vanilla Doom 3 BFG edition is what I'm running. That's why this is so confusing. As I stated before, the modded version I had before, ran the videos fine.

I second this problem. But somehow as so often, nobody seems to care about bugs...
