No way to do it in this game itself. Use third-party source mods.
Physics of Doom 1 engine works always at 35 fps anyway.

I have tried ZDoom but still nope 35fps is max. Even after switching vsync off. Maybe i gonna try with Brutal Doom.

Doom 1 & 2 has been developed to run at 35 frames per second. If you blindly raise that limit the games will run way too fast. But you can try to use Classic RBDoom 3 BFG[github.com] in which you can raise the framerate to atleast 40 frames per second (a safe framerate even though the chaingun becomes op).
Funfact: The difference between 30/35 and 60 fps is actually not all that significant. Games were originally developed for a long time for only 30 fps, ofcourse nowadays if you run those games it'll SAY the fps runs higher than that, but that's just simply because... FRAPS and Fps counter programs can't tell the difference between effective FPS (which will literally always be capped at a maximum value) and total FPS (the displayed value).

Diablo 2 ran at 30. most games have no actual reason to run any higher, but when the total FPS reaches the effective cap, that's the best it'll ever get for FPS, once it goes higher past the effective cap there is literally no improvement in how smooth the game looks.

It's how old games look jsut as smooth as some games made nowadays, not due ot incompetence, but because that's just how FPS works. It also has to do with your monitor as well. The Hz limit more or less defines effective FPS cap, but that's more a hardware limitation, than one imposed by the game's code itself.

I've played Doom 1 & 2 with uncapped fps on GZDoom but I kind of prefer the 35fps cap because the Doom experience to me is more authentic that way
