Still having trouble with Running Tally
Just tried the Industrial Complex mission where you have look for a key in Primax's lair. I have successfully destroyed more than enough bots yet the challenge did not get complete.

Do those spider bots count towards this challenge? If bit, then it needs to be MUCH clearer what enemies are suitable for this challenge. By the way, the recent patch had stated that the requirement for Running Tally was reduced to 6, yet for me the requirement is 8.

Unfortunately this challenge has a lingering bug where the kills made on subsequent turns within a given round are not being counted correctly. We have a fix for this internally, which came in just after the cutoff for the balancing update (I don't have a date to share, but we do have another patch in the works, which will include that fix).

They do, but only the spider bots that are killed by Mercurial's damage - eg: Security Bots exploding and pushing other Security bots off ledges won't count, and neither will Security Bots dying from catching fire as a result of Mercurial's dash teamup with Ignis.

Ah yep. 8 is intentional. I've updated the pinned changelog, sorry.

Hope that sheds some light, and apologies for the inconvenience!

My strategy with this was on homecoming.

Team was Kinetic, Weathervane (of course), Mercurial and Mindfire.

Weathervane always goes first. Shoot lightning to hit everyone and cause explosion. Move until you can catch everyone in his radius, and use his ultimate. Everyone ends up with 1/2 to 1 health left.

Mercurial can then go to just clean up. Make sure that when she uses her ultimate that she's in range of Mindfire for the speed boost. Knock people into other people, use dash kick, etc. The reinforcements will show up partway through her slaughter, but thats fine. Knock some people off of platforms if you have to

Not sure what the above bug is. It fortunately didn't get me when I was playing, hopefully that will help you get this too.

I just achieved this on the mission where you escort Hyde to the nanomachine core. Bring Mindfire for the team-up boost. If you time it right, you can have Mercurial pop her teamed-up ult with him and then have Mindfire do two focused initiative move-ups on Mercurial for 8 turns in one round.

This way, Mercurial should be able to shove 8 robots off the edges even if none collide into each other and increase the kill count.
