Did you change the video settings in the start menu has it defaults to low, and you will need to adjust it each time you load the game.

Tried everything, I just refunded it seen this in a few games now, never gets fixed because no one complains.

Shame you had to refund it because you're missing out on a good game

My specs are similar to yours and I have no problem at all

i5 13600k
rtx 3060ti
32gb ddr5 6000mhz
m2 drive

must admit i am surprised it didnt`t because my specs are not that great but definitely not potato, and game runs and looks great.

Ryzen 5 5600g running 4.45ghz
msi mag b550 tomahawk
msi rtx 3060 12gb gaming z trio
16gb ddr 3200mhz
samsung 980 pro 1tb m.2

1080p at highest settings stays pretty average at 100 fps

To be honest from some recent benchmarks i have seen for your card it can still perform really well, but yea the cpu is starting to show it`s age. I was using the 15 4440 then decided to upgrade to the ryzen 7 2700 with a gtx 1650 super and that struggled with some of the games.

So i upgraded my sons to the same spec has mine, and seeing how much difference there was i took the plunge and updated all my components. So if you can just upgrade the components and still use that card until you find a better card for a reasonable price, ideally something with more than 8gb being games are becoming vram hungry :)

If you were running Win 11 .. it could have something to do with that .. Alot of games don't run well on Win 11. Just a thought

Just bought it on a i9 9900kf rtx 3080 32gbRAM@3600

I'm getting 75-100fps but with gpu usage only at about 50%, vsync is off and my preferred refresh rate is 165

Yeah I actually have 2 computers, my older one has windows 10 my more recent one is windows 11, had the same problem on both machines.. I did try everything literally everything anyone can think of when it comes to stability / quality / frames. I actually went through a ton of youtube videos and saw people had the same issue but they weren't bothered by the stutter.. or for that matter didn't even notice the ground shimmering below them, I am used to playing games as smooth as possible, as much as I want to play it i physically cannot deal with the stuttering.

I've had no problems gaming with W11.

As far as jitters I've had that as the passenger in a boat but not at other times (same for the passenger when I was driving).

I doubt it is a issue with windows 11 because i am using windows 11 with no issues with graphics.
