The "Silenced" and "Beaten" achievements are too difficult

I assume these are the achievements you get when you get the bad endings for the Damocleas and Russians, respectively. The only way to lower your reputation with the Damocleas or Russians is through the newspaper. You can't mess up any of their quests, I've tried many ways already, so their reputation will ALWAYS go up. I gave up completely on trying to perfect this game at the moment. For a future update on THIS game, you should be able to decline the guests for the quests. Why are the achievements here...

cleaning bug?

There's a blood stain in the wall that won't clean off, i had a chair against that part of the wall. Also where do i take the Rats to, i have a collection of like 8-10 sitting in the hallway.

Played 68minutes; my thoughts

1. I've never owned a Hotel Simulator and I think I really like this setting 2. I'm curious if the full game is gonna force us to choose specific rooms to rent out? For example I bought Room 103; paid $180 to unlock it but the Poker party made me accomodate room 102; does the game base it on the biggest room avail at that time? Now that I think of it, I might of bought room 103 after the quest was handed to me. I was able to put all Poker stuff in Room 102 but didnt align it how i wouldve wanted it; game...
