There was a release date on the Steam page before, once that date passed and the game was still not out it was changed to "to be announced". So, when is the game coming out?

Will it come out soon? Is it dead? When i checked it out a few years ago i was really hyped. The atmosphere is great the demo was fun. The clever writing and switching to multiple perspectives from first person the the camera view was very cool. I really hope it's almost done or in the very least still worked on....
