In the level with all the houses there is one house which has 2 creatures. One is a son creature with a football and the other creature you have to bring back to life by clicking on the lightning switch. In the same room there are a number of cuckoo clocks. click on all the clocks and a bird will pop out of each. when you have clicked on all clocks you should have the card in your inventory and also the achievement

Still funny that it blocks an obscure word I've never heard off, even in the middle of other words. For some weird reason, a.s.s. is blocked, but you can assume, assess, smoke some grass, and even play AssAssins Creed.
