Help with Reindeer Games Achievement

Can someone tell me how to get Reindeer Games? I'm playing 3.04 (where he's upgraded to 2.0) and getting all of the energy on the board while TOM's eye is green so that he goes red when it's absorbed (i.e. red lines come out of him). What am I doing wrong?

Hi - I just got this Achievement.

The third hint for this Achievement reads:

Find where TOM got to be 2.0
Spot only the red energy, then make him glow

You can see that you got the location right... but you only need to get all the RED energy, not the green.

A splash screen will appear when you get the last red energy pip.
