Stuck at Chapter Six
I need a map, and all I've got is a bottle of whiskey and a wrench and Kenny isn't moving. There is nobody with new dialog options, what am I missing?

Take the whiskey to Chuck. Share a drink with him and then tell Kenny that if he needs a drink Chuck has one. He'll then leave giving you a chance to grab the map.

Yeah, I ended up quitting the game and going through the entire sequence again.. This time it worked, and I was able to give Chuck the whiskey.

Where do I find Chuck to give him the whiskey?!? I've spoken to him once, but now I can't find him again to give him the bottle! ***HELP PLEASE***
