Hell, this game is boring

Ok, im not flaming the game as i have played for half an hour right now and is probably not my kind game so.. i am a big fan of the walking dead franchise and i was interested in this title.

Now i played for 30 min more or less and from the gameplay to the fun and the action this game is like Really boring, the story makes you think it worth the time playing but i couldn't get engaged to play for more than those 30 min. just my thougts so far.
I think i'll update this if things change from now on.

I have not played this game yet. I am checking the comments because the game is on sale and I`m curious about this game. I take it that this is more like a story being told rather than having more action. Anyway it still seems interesting however there are so many games on sale.

It`s hard to pick which ones to get..

When I played it out, I rarely made it to an hour before quitting for the day. I know that others started it and got up when the game was over.

This is not an action game.. Just take it you are watching an episode of a TV show only you are directing the actions of the main character. And enjoy the story.

I have been playing for about an hour and a half and I think it might be one of my favorite games of all time! But yeah if you buy this just know it that it is really just a big interactive cutscene, not really much of a game. But if you are wanting a really, really good and emotional story with great characters then definitely get this.

With first 30 min you dont even scratch the surface.
It's not FPS if that's what you are looking for, altough it has some action sequences involving shooting, melee weapons and walker kicking.
Unless you have the attention span of the hummingbird with OCD it's one of the best emotional stories out there, dealing with hard choices and how this kingdom of death affects people and their decision making.

The best analogue to this game is Dragon's Lair. Although that game had better graphics.

Yeah right! that game really sucks from the begining just by the fact you play as daryl... so definitely not :]

I think i expected more work on textures and animations despite the graphic style, the use of camera and controls could have been better for the porpuse of storytelling, i think it will be "ok" to play the first season..

I dont really think you know the diffrence because the other game is a first person shooter point of view and you cant compare two games like that because 1 is good the other is still worth the time it depends on how you wanna spend youre time and theres almost no action in this game but its fun as you can make a lot of choices and kind of make up youre own story many diffrent ways

i dont know if you know it but teltale games who made the walking dead game the first one is cooperated with activision to make the fps one so its not activision's game
