Didn't get the call from Glenn in episode 1.

I was just walking around the pharmacy, and suddenly I was prompted to talk to Carley and go out. I thought I would be out to get the keys from Lee's brother, but we ended up at a random motor inn. I was like WTF, we have an old man to save, why are we taking a walk to random places and not getting the key?
Just now, I was watching some Let's play on Youtube, and realise that you should get a call from Glenn saying he was trapped. That didn't happen to me at all despite regularly checking with Clementine if she heard anything from Glenn. Did anyone else get this bug?

There used to be a scene for it but i literally played that level over about 3-4 times for the passed few days doing differentt things to get the scene and never got it. There are also some other glitches that have appeard (like Lee when hits his head fleeing from Sandra, his vision wont get blurry and again when he slips and falls trying to save Clementine in the pharmacy... at least in my playthroughs.) But yeah, i don't know what causes it, just confirming that i have that problem too and haven't been able to fix it on my own.
