That guy you save at the bear trap attacks me after I fall off the truck and I can't move him left or right nor do I have any options to push him off and I die every time. What do I do?

U have to either use the mouse and move it right then left and so on to keep smashing the zombies head in the truck sides, U can keep slamming the same side too if U want, I was thinking it be a and d buttons, but using the mouse to move side to side or same side
