The Walking Dead

*spoilers* 400 Days, Bonnie
It's my second playthrough of The Walking Dead, so I was aware that the person Bonnie has accidentally killed was Leland's wife. I wasn't going to repeat that mistake again so I just waited for her to show up, but every time I did so she just hit Bonnie in the head and the game said "you are dead". Why is this happenning? Does it mean Leland's wife was going to kill Bonnie out of jealousy? But when after being hit by Bonnie she acted like she was surprised and actually was looking for Bonnie to lead her away from pursuers. Yes, I know that choice in this game is only an illusion and changes nothing but the order in which people are dying, but I hoped there's an option to finish Bonnie's story without killing Leland's wife (and without being killed of course).

No, Bonnie's scenario cannot be finished without her accidentally killing Dee.

You cant avoid her death comrade. i've tried it.
Thanks for the replies, the thing that actually surprises and annoys me is that Leland's wife kills you if you don't kill her, why does she do it? Maybe developers pretend that each time you get killed it's done by some of the pursuers but when you fight back it's not a pursuer but Leland's wife? Or does she kill Bonnie intentionally?
she doesnt kill you
you just get an auto game over screen
cause teltale logic, when in real life no one woulda gotten hurt / shouldnt have
the game is forcing you to kill her and no way around it.

I've tried to wait in cover without hitting her but each time she punches Bonnie in the head with something like a flashlight and game says "you are dead. click to blablabla".

I think it should be scripted instead of forcing player to do this.

It was dark. She kills you for the same reason, by accident. She might thought that you were one of the others.
