Can other things become zombies?

we never see a case of this or atleast i haven't of a dog or something becoming infected or are animals just immune to the virus?

oh and also zombies are technically real there is a bug that makes fish zombies it eats the toung of the fish then it eats all the food till the fish dies and there is also ones for bugs and when the bug dies a big black stringlike mushroom shaped thing will come out of it's neck

There's also a bug that when ants eat it it turns them into zombies. And about your question, I think the virus only affects humans because a zombie animal has never appeared in TWD universe

But if there was a real zombie plague in real life I think it would affect animals too

wat who's robert wat nevermind but you know if the zombie virus is how it's told in this game you get it from the air or from a bite so the virus could travel super fast and get spreaded through the air and then when osmeone dies they come back to life as an undead

Is suspect you mean Cordyceps which is a fungus. Which is what causes the infection in The Last of Us.

Robert Kirkman creator of The Walking Dead. The specifics of how it is communicated has never been mentioned in the game or comic.

I think the animals are too weak to turn or mutate for this virus.

Yeah I know about the fungus but there's a bug that turns ants into some kind of zombies when they eat it, I don't remember it's name
