Report a translation problem
1. Go into the office. Shift the desk with Clementine's help and complete the scenes in there. Take the remote from the desk.
2. Clementine should recieve a message from Glen. Go to the motel with Carley.
3. Complete the motel sequence.
4. You will know have the item you need to open the door at the front.
Unsure with anyone else I did find this a sticking point with episode one. Once the intial scenes have occured in the pharmacy you have an initial goal of getting meds for Larry and it's not initially obvious that you need to help Glenn to proceed with that.
