If you're playing The Walking Dead for the first time, I can understand your question. Unfortunately, Carley isn't salvageable at all.

So does doug have the same ending if u save him cause it is my second time and both times I have whet with carley

Its a bit different ,but Doug still ends up dying from Lily, it just paints Lily in a more sympathetic light if Doug dies instead.
