I Am Hosting An "Ask Me Anything" and A "Help Desk" Session On My Discord Server. Here I Would Like To Know About Your Experiences With My Game, As I Am Still Developing And Learning New Problems Daily （＾∀＾●）ﾉｼ. I Understand Some Users Are Experiencing Things That I Didn't Expect, Many Things That Were Not Prevalent To Me or My PC During My Playtesting. Which Is Why I Wanted To Upload This Demo. As A Solo Dev I Am Curious As To See What These Issues Are, And Hope I Can Fix Them Or Understand Them For Future Builds Of This Game. Played the Demo - Engine (headache) pains

I'll write this bluntly 'cause I have a headache now, after 10minutes of playing the demo. (no exaggeration)

I think the engine choice is a mistake. I suggest checking out the GZDoom engine. I realise that's neither my decision to make, nor an easy port, nor an easy adjustment to relearn a new engine & pipeline. So I don't expect it, just a suggestion. Demmo feedback

I like the concept of it but it needs a revamp. Performance wise, it runs erratically on my 5700xt, sometimes dropping frames to 10 fps or just stutters bad with issues trying to load assets while i already spawned in the map. controls are clumsy and underutilized the mouse. Needs some rebind able controls. Combat is the worst as you need to be very very close to an enemy to hit them and damage is almost unavoidable. The game needs a lot of tuning. Fascinating demo. Just a bit of feedback.

Just played as far as I could easily get with my current understanding, and I'm really interested to see more but I just couldn't wrap my head around the combat mechanics. Maybe it's just me, but even after killing several of the guarded baddies I never really felt like I knew what I was doing as I wildly tried to toggle between block and swing while getting spun around the room. Might be the combat itself or the explanation that could use some tweaking, but I didn't quite get it. Oh, and the stuttering...

Demo feedback

I throughly enjoyed the art and idea of the game, however the execution of it is pretty rough. I see a lot of potential in this game, so I hope you figure it out. Some recommendations I'd make is, faster movement, more fluid and engaging combat, optimizations, and more interior design (there are a lot of empty rooms in the second stage of the game and I feel like this is a missed opportunity to have cool decorations and environmental story telling...
